Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of concluding the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Expiry Grounds

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not stored on a tangible medium, which requires the consumer to pay a price, if the consumer:

1. has expressly agreed that the trader may begin performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period,
2. has confirmed his awareness that, by giving his consent, he loses his right of withdrawal once the contract is fully performed, and
3. the trader has provided the consumer with confirmation of the contract on a durable medium, within a reasonable time after conclusion of the contract but no later than upon provision of the digital content not stored on a tangible medium:

•containing the contractual terms, and
•stating that the consumer has agreed expressly to the trader commencing performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and has confirmed his awareness that he loses his right of withdrawal by giving his consent at the beginning of the performance of the contract.

We reserve the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, terms of purchase, and other related information relating to its services and products without prior notice.
